Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing teams of software and data engineers focused on MDM initiatives
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, reliable data management systems supporting enterprise operations and customer 360 solutions
Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to align strategy, priorities, and execution
Shape and communicate clear data strategies and objectives to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance across all critical business systems
Prioritize projects with an eye toward ROI, scalability, and long-term value
Translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Anticipate risks, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions
Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent
Establish clear expectations, empower teams, and connect day-to-day work to organizational goals
Encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the MDM and data engineering functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years in IT with at least 5 years in software and data engineering leadership roles
Proven experience managing teams delivering enterprise data management or MDM solutions
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and customer 360 concepts
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence at all organizational levels
Passion for innovation, collaboration, and solving complex technical challenges
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred
Experience with MDM Tools: Reltio (experience with Informatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar a plus)
Tech Stack: .NET / .NET Core, Azure, Microservices, Snowflake
Practices: DevOps, Dual-Track Agile, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture
