They are seeking a driven and strategic Brand Management Intern to join their Consumer Packaged Goods team, providing hands-on experience in managing iconic brands and driving consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans

Support product innovation initiatives, including concept development, consumer testing, and commercialization

Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions

Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels

Contribute to packaging development, brand messaging, and positioning efforts

Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams

Required

Must graduate in August 2026, December 2026, May 2027 and major in Food Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred

Possesses strong analytical and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated leadership and persuasive skills are necessary for success in this position

Possesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit

Passion for building brands and understanding consumer behavior

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
