Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day accounting for equity-based compensation programs and benefit programs, including stock options, RSUs, health and welfare programs, and insurance policies
Reconcile benefit plan activity and ensure all related balance sheet accounts are properly supported, documented, and analyzed as part of monthly and quarterly close activities
Partner with HR, payroll, and external administrators to ensure accurate valuation, expense recognition, and disclosure in financial statements
Prepares financial reports, analyzing data for management review
Identify, research, and recommend opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance processes, documentation, and internal controls within the benefits and equity accounting function
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

5-7 Years of relevant work experience
