Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, participate in and supervise their activities
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
Communicate and follow all OSHA and SERVPRO® guidelines for job safety
Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
Coach and train restoration technicians
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
At least 1-3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Preferred
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
IICRC certification a plus, not required
