Provides strategic guidance for the voice platform both regionally and globally. Leads voice-related projects and initiatives

Optimize system performance for voice communication platforms and resolve complex technical issues

Handles vendor management and collaboration activities

Acts as the local site lead for Lake Mary, managing the local network and Voice team
