Responsibilities

Own and lead early-stage sales conversations, from first touch through qualified discovery, setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships
Conduct deep market and account research to identify ICPs, target accounts, protocols, platforms, and relevant decision makers across the Web3 ecosystem
Design and execute high-quality outbound campaigns with tailored messaging and a personalized, high-engagement approach using modern automation tools
Qualify inbound leads, assess technical and business fit, and run initial discovery calls before a structured handoff to the sales team
Act as a trusted Web3 and domain expert in early conversations, clearly articulating Cyvers’ value to technical, security, compliance, and business stakeholders
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, tracking outreach activity, insights, deal signals, and pipeline outcomes
Continuously share feedback from the market with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy

Required

3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, SDR, BDR, or early-stage sales roles, preferably in Web3 / Web3 cybersecurity
Proven experience running discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities with senior stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, CeFi, or digital asset security, a significant advantage
Native or near-native English, written and spoken, a must
Comfortable operating in a fully remote, international environment and collaborating across time zones
Curious, proactive, and confident working across technical, compliance, product, and leadership teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities with strong follow-through
