Event Management Intern

This role involves hands-on coordination of logistics and collaboration with teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Responsibilities

Help plan, coordinate, and execute company events — from early logistics to on-site support
Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to keep timelines and details on track
Assist with event communications, materials, and tracking tools (like Smartsheet or Asana)
Gather feedback and help create post-event reports to measure success and suggest improvements
Take on special projects and assignments that support our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Sales Leadership Team

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Event Management/Hospitality, Marketing/Integrated Campaigns, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Sales or a related field
You're organized, dependable, and great at juggling multiple tasks without missing the details
You communicate clearly - both in writing and when working with others
You enjoy technology and can pick up new tools quickly (Microsoft Suite required; familiarity with Cvent, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus!)
You bring a positive, can-do attitude and like solving problems before they become problems
You're a team player who can also work independently when needed
You have an interest in event planning, communications, or project management and want to see what it's like behind the scenes of large-scale corporate events
You're available to travel to our National Sales Meeting in July, with potential travel for a mid-June site visit

Preferred

Familiarity with Cvent, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus!
