Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market trends
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in InEight estimating software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead estimator role
