Responsibilities
Develop engaging content for our company intranet and corporate social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts
Engage with our employees, participate in online conversations, and help us foster a positive and active online employee community. This also includes identifying content that can be used to support our corporate Daily Newsletter
Help plan and promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, working on projects that give back to the community during the Back-to-School giving season
Assist in developing outreach materials and supporting efforts to share key company initiatives
Work across the team to help organize and advance annual campaigns and projects that promote our goals and brand
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute fresh ideas to drive our brand forward
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
Confidence and competence in networking and building relationships with peers, influencers, and industry professionals
Innovative thinking with a knack for generating fresh ideas and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
