Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records by performing daily accounting tasks

Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

Prepare financial statements and reports for management review

Support the audit process by gathering necessary documentation and providing clear explanations of financial data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting inquiries and provide financial guidance

Stay updated on accounting best practices and changes in GAAP to maintain compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience in accounting

2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently

Effective communication skills for conveying financial information to colleagues

Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus
