Qualification
Required
Valid teaching certification
Meaningful experience working with preschool-aged children
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
