Responsibilities
Champion Patient Care – Provide Primary Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network. Possibility to float between FM, PEDS, and Urgent Care . Join a 1:4 Saturday Clinic Rotation (replaces one weekday clinic)
Enhance Clinical Operations – Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency. 18 locations open 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday
See 20 patients per day in 15 or 20 min scheduling blocks | 2:1 MA to Provider Ratio, 3 Exam Rooms to Rotate between

Qualification
Required
Strong background in Primary Care experience
At least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience
Active California Medical License
Current and Unrestricted DEA
Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA
Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish & English
