Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines

Motivate and mentor team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency targets

Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing processes and procedures

Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or product quality

Provide training to new and existing production staff on processes, procedures, and safety protocols

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members

Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow

Communicate production status, issues, and priorities effectively to management and relevant stakeholders

Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
