Responsibilities

Customer Response via Phone & Email – Inbound & Outbound

To Include: Process requests, changes, quoting and maintaining a book of business

Data Entry into Agency Management System with accuracy and attention to detail

Process communication, correspondence and materials related to policy changes, cancellation and reinstatements, certificates etc

Processing, opening and distributing incoming and outgoing mail as necessary

Provide information to brokers and clients on available plan types and carriers

Outlook Utilization

Tasking, follow-ups to complete assignments

Training and website navigation

Book of Business Analysis / Reporting / Data Management

To Include: Project Assignments

General Office duties

To Include: Liaison to Building Personnel, Conference Room / Supply Room, Vendor Maintenance

Qualification

Insurance industry experienceClient account managementData entry accuracyProficient in ExcelProfessional communication

Required

1 to 2 years desired in the insurance industry preferred

Experience with client accounts and policy administration and service

Proficient computer phone, skills, word, excel. Articulate & Professional
