Recruitment Specialist
Programmers Force is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end interview execution and talent sourcing for various roles. The role involves conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conduct a minimum of 3 - 4 quality interviews per day across assigned roles
Lead structured yet candid interviews to deeply evaluate:
Skills and experience
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Cultural and behavioral alignment
Ask role-specific and strategic questions to assess real-world capability
Ensure all interviews are recorded and properly documented
Share clear interview feedback and recommendations after each interview
Proactively source high-quality candidates through:
Personal LinkedIn, networks, and referrals
Active headhunting for niche and hard-to-fill roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates
Continuously identify top talent aligned with company requirements
Manage candidates from sourcing to interview stages
Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers and
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview alignment and feedback
Ensure fast turnaround times and professional candidate experience
Minimum 4 interviews conducted daily
Consistent new profile sourcing every day
All interviews must be recorded and stored properly in the sheet
High-quality candidate shortlisting with strong hiring manager satisfaction
Clear, structured, and timely interview feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong interviewing skills
Market awareness
Ability to assess candidates through candid, strategic conversations
Conduct a minimum of 3 - 4 quality interviews per day across assigned roles
