Track and monitor client account activities and communicate relevant updates to clients
Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in client account management or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
