Responsibilities

Lead UX design from concept to execution, covering research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to identify friction points and validate product decisions
Create intuitive workflows and user journeys that enhance engagement and self-service functionality
Apply data and customer insights to drive continuous design improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align design outcomes with business objectives

Required

8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
Proven leadership in designing SaaS platforms with 7–8 figure ARR
Mastery of Figma and strong understanding of modern design systems
Experience designing AI-powered interfaces, incorporating automation, personalization, or machine learning
Strong communication skills and a track record of success in founder-led or cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of data-informed design principles and a bias toward simplicity and usability
U.S.-based and legally authorized to work without future visa sponsorship
Demonstrated ability to design and ship AI-driven or data-powered products using Figma
Expert in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced startup environments

Preferred

Experience at a Y Combinator-backed or venture-funded startup with a culture of speed and experimentation
