Responsibilities
Perform accounting functions associated with the recording of transactions and production of financial statements for assigned business units, including general accounting, Benefit, Payroll, payable, G&A, Accounts Receivable, Accruals and Allocations
Provide accounting support to various shared services departments
Prepare journals entries daily and prepare account reconciliations monthly
Attend meetings as needed
Provide variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement monthly for assigned areas
Assist in preparation and review of Internal and external audit requests
Prepare and record journal entries per established policy related to assigned entities
Assist the leadership team in performing monthly closings process
Prepare accruals monthly
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations related to assigned entities
Determine correcting entries for reconciling items
Prepare account reconciliations and record journal entries to clear outstanding items
Maintain and monitor various schedules as required by management
Assists co-team members and internal customers with financial information
Always provides highest quality of service to internal customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years or related experience
Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Experience automating and standardizing operational processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Accounting experience
Good working knowledge of ERP Systems
Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of related experience
Preferred
Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
