New Grad, Entry LevelTom Boland Ford is seeking a Retail Automotive Office Assistant to provide administrative and customer support within a retail automotive environment. The role involves automotive title processing, filing and record management, phone management, cashiering duties, and general administrative support while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and complete automotive titles accurately
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to title transfers
Verify and maintain proper documentation for title processing
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, including sales contracts, invoices, and title documents
Ensure records are up to date and accessible for team members
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Handle customer payments, including cash, credit card, check transactions and payment links
Maintain accurate cash drawer records and perform end-of-day balancing
Provide clerical assistance such as data entry, preparing reports, and responding to emails
Support variable and fixed teams with administrative tasks as needed
Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs
Address customer concerns or escalate them to management when necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience in an office or administrative role; automotive industry experience preferred
