Responsibilities

Monitor both traditional and social media outlets in Chinese language

Create newsletters and develop insights based on the annotated media articles

Structure media reports that evaluate the whole communication process of a brand's engagement, influence, and impact, including competitive benchmarking

Make coding/indexing of media articles according to pre-defined criteria

Required

Strong command of English (C1-C2) and proficiency in Chinese language

Background or keen interest in Marketing, Communications, Media, or PR

Willingness to work flexible hours on a freelance basis

Strong analytical capabilities to interpret media data

Desire to learn and develop professionally in the media analysis field

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Engagement in ongoing learning within media analysis and information services
