Responsibilities
Optimize Workday’s skills-based talent management solutions, including Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace, and Career Hub, to drive strategic workforce planning initiatives, multifaceted career pathing and facilitate internal talent movement
Leverage Workday’s AI capabilities to improve recruiting, hiring, career pathing and succession planning
Implement solutions that harness Generative AI capabilities like Workday Everywhere, Agentic AI and Succession Agent
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements within Workday, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement
Partner with business partners, internal IT staff and external consultants to ensure effective definition and delivery of HR Technology
Qualification
Required
B.S or M.S. in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other engineering field required with equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in the development/configuration and implementation of tier 1 Human Resources software or information technology systems
3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect
Demonstrable experience in enterprise software application development, integrations, and architecture
Hands-on experience with the development, implementation, and integration of Workday HCM
Experience in implementing upgrades of cloud-based solutions
Experience in providing consultation, crafting and deploying of both HR AI and talent strategies and solutions
Sound knowledge of business processes, system to system integrations, information/platform security
Ability to manage competing demands and thrive in a dynamic environment
Upbeat and self-motivated professional with good interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Self-starter with a passion for learning new skills and an interest in AI
