Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming communications from clients and stakeholders
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and clarity
Manage and streamline communications across various platforms to ensure timely information delivery
Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications materials
Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that enhance client engagement
Monitor communications and gather feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a professional demeanor
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
