Support the growth and operational goals of the service department
Maintain service documentation, reports, and follow-ups according to company standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical service
Strong technical skills in HVAC systems and problem-solving abilities
Professional and courteous with excellent customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Preferred
Holds 4–5 relevant certifications preferred (EPA, NATE, or similar)
