As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing multi-function printers and scanners, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service in the field.

Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners and multifunctional printers (MFPs) in customer locations
Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all machines
Respond quickly to customer calls and requests for service
Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
Provide on-site training to end users
Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
Document customer information, service calls, and machine history
Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies
Qualification
Preferred
Self-starter with great attention to detail and deadlines
Able to lift 75lbs, stand, stoop, crouch for prolonged periods with no issue
Active drivers license with auto insurance coverage or the ability to obtain insurance coverage
Be teachable and ready to learn new things as the industry changes and grows
Must pass a pre-employment background check
