Commercial Contracts Specialist

Bruker is one of the world’s leading analytical instrumentation companies, seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to provide legal support primarily by reviewing and negotiating contracts. This role involves managing contract requests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws while supporting the sales team and maintaining an effective legal department.

Responsibilities

Support achievement of business objectives through effective contract implementation
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, and collaboration agreements
Partner with the sales team to support bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Assist with due‑diligence activities and compliance‑related requests
Prepare status reports and updates for management and internal stakeholders
Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating contract signatures and maintaining the contract repository with accurate and complete entries
Support special projects and other assignments as needed

Required

BA/BS degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting an in‑house legal team or corporate law firm
Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
Ability to balance process requirements with practical decision‑making in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Preferred

Preferred experience in technology, software, or life‑sciences industries
