Responsibilities
Oversee several projects of varying size simultaneously
Develop and work closely with junior architectural staff across the company for support
Qualification
Required
7-10 years in all phases of architectural projects
Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university
Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to mentor staff
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
Preferred
LEED BD+C credential
Experience with government projects (Federal, State, Local)
Proficient in AutoCADD, with the ability to mentor staff
