Develop non-routine and complex projects
Guide the architectural design from the proposal phase through construction
Lead the design of various projects simultaneously, supported by junior architectural staff
Qualification
Required
7-15 years in all phases of architectural projects
Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university
Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or able to obtain reciprocity within three months of the start date
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to mentor staff
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated
Preferred
LEED BD+C credential
Experience with government projects (federal, state, local)
