In this role, you will work with harvest management teams to generate forecasts of product supply and quality while collaborating with various departments to address potential issues.

Responsibilities

Create a comprehensive forecast for each individual field scheduled to harvest over a rolling 6 week period, including projected harvest date, yield, sizing and any quality issues present

Identify specific quality issues and work with growers to mitigate/improve quality

Correctly match each field to the best fit customer, in order to maximize yield and quality

Communicate supply shortages or overages to the sales department, help tailor demand to availability

Collaborate with harvest supervision team in order to closely monitor workmanship and crew productivity, especially as they relate to the execution of the previous week's supply forecast
