InterPark LLC is North America's premier owner, operator and developer of parking facilities. A Dispatcher in the PreFlight Airport Parking market is responsible for coordinating shuttle bus rotations and may also perform cross-functional duties as a bus driver or customer service representative.

Responsibilities

Maintains proper shuttle bus rotation through radio dispatch communication with drivers

Keeps an accurate time log to monitor location/distance of buses and maintain consistent flow of buses based on schedules and breaks of drivers

Responds to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner

Ensures all paperwork is complete and equipment is operational

Communicates effectively with employees and customers in person, via phone and over the two-way radio

Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors as applicable

Remain vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and inform management immediately

Monitor work area and property for safety and security

Reports any accidents, hazards or maintenance requirements, and the presence of any suspicious individuals or activities immediately to a manager

Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner

Participate in all safety and security trainings within the market

Maintains a clean work area at all times

Required

HS Diploma or GED

Depending on location and/or position, a dispatcher may need to possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and/or money for the purposes of cross-functioning in a cashiering and/or customer service capacity

Must possess hearing and vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions

Depending on location, a dispatcher may be required to walk up and down steps/stairs to go to and from dispatch location

If assisting as a shuttle bus driver, must be 21 years or older

Must also be willing to take a physical as part of the selection process as required by state or airport regulations

Must be able to grasp, scoop, push, and lift up to 50 lbs

Depending on location and/or position, a dispatcher may need to have a valid driver's license for the purposes of cross-functioning in a driving capacity

Some state and/or airport regulations require that a Driver have a valid Chauffer's license or a valid Driver's License from the state in which he or she works
