Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day dental operations are conducted in compliance with Access Community Health Centers policies, standards, and overall organizational plans

Work closely with the Dental Provider Director to oversee the clinic’s dental operations, including the budget, staffing, and productivity

Ensure a high quality and satisfying patient experience

Motivate and develop individuals and teams, using resources effectively and efficiently

Lead process improvement activities

Collaborate with other site leaders to carry out Access’ mission and goals

Implement risk management and safety functions throughout the organization

Ensure that event reports are completed and followed up with root cause analysis and process improvement

Manage patient complaints and behavior issues

Required

Experience with electronic practice management systems and electronic medical records
