Responsibilities
Deliver operational analytics, develop reports, dashboards, and data solutions that provide actionable insights into program performance, patient engagement, and quality metrics
Work closely with Virtual Care operations and clinical leaders to help optimize workflows
Monitor key performance indicators and enable data-driven decision-making
Partner with the strategic analytics team to ensure alignment with broader system goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required
Three years of business intelligence developer or related technical experience required
Three years of experience with a programming language required (MS-SQL preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Experience working with Business Intelligence software programs preferred
