Responsibilities
Mentor and develop IT team members
Document hardware processes throughout the department to conform to SOX and ITGC guidelines
Ensure security KPIs and helpdesk KPIs are achieved
Escalate issues as needed to the IT manager
Implement IT Mafact best practices
Supervise upgrades on hardware leading change management process
Support enterprise HyperV, ESXi, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory
Document and manage enterprise systems, file and print servers, SQL database servers, PC’s, virtual servers and any other critical data systems
Administer SCCM, and WSUS servers to provide touchless updates and software deployments
Oversee set-up and support of all users on all systems with the highest priority to security given
Maintain open issues list and engage in continuous improvement
Through classroom training, self-training, and computer-based training, continuously improve levels of knowledge and competency with IT systems and products utilized
Create and facilitate standardized help desk activities
Perform other duties as assigned
