They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the West region, tasked with developing growth strategies and managing relationships with commercial laundry distributors and route operators.

Responsibilities

Developing a distribution plan for the region, with individual strategies per customer, territory and segment
Knowledge or experience in all three segments in the industry (Vended/Coin, OPL and Multihousing/Route)
Developing/sustaining key relationships with existing and potential new customers
Creating a go-to-market plan across touchpoints to deliver multiple year growth plans
Immerse self in product training and provide product/features to be able to provide in depth sales trainings in market
Collaborate with marketing and brand for successful go-to-market plans
Collaborate with engineering and product development on feature/product feedback and market needs assessment and launches
Be a team player among a North American sales team by sharing best practices, developing insightful ways to win together, and leveraging different experiences
Become a learner and a leader in the laundry trade associations
Willingness to travel for extended periods of time throughout a large region covering multiple states

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of sales experience in the commercial laundry industry
