CenExel is a clinical research organization specializing in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials. The Patient Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting patients over the phone and assisting with recruitment programs to increase referrals for clinical research trials.

Responsibilities

Maintains a professional relationship with potential study participants

Performs the initial telephone screening of patients

Manages a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner

Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor

Makes reminder phone calls as needed

Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies
