Responsibilities
Deciding which projects to bid with input from the construction manager
Attend pre-bid meetings and walk-throughs
Responsible for developing and implementing a pre-bid checklist
Securing project plans and specification for estimating and bidding
Lead generation through developed contacts
Setting up spreadsheets detailing each bid
Qualification
Required
3 + Years experience building relationships with contractors and developing key new customers
Understand the principals of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems as well as air flow and duct design
Understand how to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Knowledge of systems such as VRF, VAV, Split Systems, Packaged units, DDC Controls, DOAS, ERV's, Kitchen Hoods, Hot water and chilled water
Knowledge of current building, mechanical, and energy codes for Oregon and Washington
Understanding of Excel, MS Word and Online GC platforms
Clearly communicate with others both in person and writing
