Responsibilities

Conducting routine inspection and provide accurate measurements of doors and windows

Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' products including, but not limited to, screen installation, sash replacement, glass replacement, hardware replacement, and seal repairs

Provide accurate measurements of doors and windows

Coordinate required return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor

Perform post-installation inspections

Anticipate obstacles that could impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance; recommend solutions

Promoting the company's services

Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills

Perform administrative tasks such as, but not limited to; scanning installer invoices into the system, scanning in copies of customer payments, mailing customer payments to the administrative team, ensuring installers are loaded up and headed to their daily job sites in a timely fashion, receiving materials and product shipments, etc
