VSP Vision Care is dedicated to helping people see every possibility, and they are seeking a Retail Finance Intern to support their Labor team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical finance experience by evaluating labor KPIs, providing insights to leadership, and assisting in the development of labor dashboards.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and report on retail & OD labor KPI’s

Provide insights to leadership on areas of opportunity

Evaluate the forecasting model and the impact to labor

Look for efficiencies in the scheduling platform that will make scheduling easier for our stores

Build out labor dashboards in Power BI

Qualification

Required

3rd or 4th year student

Degree in Finance or Accounting

Facilities to work remotely, including private or semi-private workspace

Access to high-speed internet

Ability to work the full 10 weeks from June 1st to Aug 7th

Preferred

Financial modeling in Excel

Data analysis and manipulation

Familiarity with financial software

Understanding of a P&L

Critical thinking and problem solving
