Handling a range of tasks across various communications functions

Engaging in digital media management, graphic design, public relations, and other activities as needed to support comprehensive communications strategies

Representing people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility

Achieving goals through direct and/or indirect reports

Supervising support level employees

Setting goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area

Developing solutions to a variety of routine problems, and escalating more complex issues to higher-level managers

Ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports
