Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–3 enterprise endpoint support (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Manage endpoint configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
Assist with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Implement and maintain security controls aligned with NIST 800-53 / 800-171
Assist with CMMC readiness and compliance activities
Support automation and scripting using Python and Bash
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prime contractors
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology operations
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and maintaining robust network security protocols
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer Service skills for addressing client needs efficiently and professionally
Experience with cloud platforms and endpoint management tools
Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience supporting government or federal contracts
CMMC or cybersecurity compliance experience
Python scripting and automation experience
Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML or automation platforms
