Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Information Technology, including systems management and infrastructure oversight
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Experience in Team Leadership and Team Management, with an ability to guide and support IT team members effectively
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in IT supervisory or managerial roles is highly desirable
