Associate Director of Pennsylvania Program and Services
Community Interactions is a nonprofit organization that provides support to individuals with neurodivergent, physical, and behavioral health challenges. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of assigned programs and the delivery of Individual Support Services throughout Residential Programs, while managing operations, staff, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Health and Safety
Overall responsibility of assigned caseload to include operation and human resources
Liaison with internal ancillary teams: Human Resources, Clinical, Fiscal, Incident Management and Property Management/Maintenance
Liaison with County and State Officials; maintaining Licensure Standards
Conducting and maintaining Quality Control Standards
Implementation and Program growth
Responsibility for fiscal control, managing overtime and supporting corrective measures to ensure compliance and minimizing risk to the staff and our Individuals
Supervision of Senior Program Specialist, Senior Team Facilitators and Program Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required and preferred in one of the following areas: Human Services, Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Therapeutic Recreation
Master's degree in one of these areas is preferred
Five years' experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, physical and/or behavioral health challenges in a management position is required
Four years' experience working with neurodivergent, physical and/or behavioral health challenges in a management position
Working knowledge of and have managed programs under the State of Pennsylvania 6100/6400/6500 Chapter 51 Regulations and knowledge of IDD Programs under the Office of Developmental Programs
Evidence of strong financial management experience is required
Ability to develop and manage master schedules to ensure residential program operational efficiency
Demonstrated ability to ensure that vacancy reports and staffing schedules are developed and worked in compliance with these schedules in order to operate according to the ISP, Agency Policy and within financial targets
Demonstrated ability to respond to staffing issues and vacancies that adversely affect the budget
Ability to manage overtime and develop cost effective and operational efficiencies throughout the programs assigned to the incumbent
Oversees and supports the goals of our Marketing, Referrals and Admissions Committee
Demonstrated Quality Management, Change Management and Risk Management
Demonstrated conflict resolution, team building, and process improvement skills and the ability to think creatively for problem solving
The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders will ensure the efficient operation of the Agency Programs
Ability to successfully complete all Agency and Pennsylvania State Regulatory requirements at the time of hire and ongoing throughout the employment relationship
