Responsibilities
Redefine, optimize, and implement internal controls aligned with North American growth strategy
Evaluate, design, and deliver process and operational improvements across business units
Drive cross-functional efficiency—collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and operations leaders
Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities
Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery in complex/global environments
Proven technical proficiency in SAP (or Oracle) and strong ERP-driven accounting expertise
Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change—not just recommend
