The Project Coordinator for the Clinical Education, Magnet Program and Patient Care Services Division is responsible for supporting project management activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required

Minimum 2 years preferred, 1 year of experience in healthcare industry and 2 years' experience supporting projects, or equivalent

Knowledge of project management best practices and project management tools (such as project plans, status reports, and gantt charts) required

Proficient with technology and software program administration

Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel required

Ability to effectively resolve complex issues simultaneously and escalate when appropriate
