Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a Senior Integrations Developer to architect, develop, and maintain integrations within their information systems. The role involves leading HIE integration efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance workflows, and providing training and support on integration features.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain integrations using tools such as Epic, Corepoint, Elekta MOSAIQ, and other enterprise systems
Lead HIE integration efforts, ensuring accurate documentation, system equity, and validation across provider systems
Apply data mining, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements aligned with business and clinical goals
Develop and execute test plans, perform quality assurance, and document validation results
Support HL7, FHIR, RESTful APIs, and other interoperability standards
Provide training and technical support to end users and departments on integration features and updates
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare informatics and interoperability
Communicate effectively across departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment
Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics or systems integration
Strong understanding of clinical, financial, and operational workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with Epic, Corepoint, Elekta MOSAIQ
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, XDR, RESTful Web Services
Experience supporting HIE initiatives and provider system integrations
