Responsibilities

Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership
Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence-based decisions
Identify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the discipline
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, leveraging deep delivery experience to accelerate organizational agility and business outcomes
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps and measurable results
Champion change management efforts, designing and executing programs that build buy-in, resilience, and sustained adoption across diverse teams
Lead cross-functional teams through the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle), ensuring alignment between product vision, design thinking principles, and delivery execution
Mentor and develop Agility Leads, fostering a high-performing community of practice and continuous learning culture
Facilitate 0-to-1 product launches, guiding teams from ideation through market delivery, and instilling best-in-class product development practices
Collaborate with design, product, and technology partners to embed customer-centricity and innovation into every stage of the product lifecycle

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams
Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
Proven track record of leading delivery in large, complex organizations, with demonstrated & measurable impact on transformation and business results (financial bottom-line, or other)
Expertise in change management methodologies, with experience designing and executing enterprise-wide transformation programs
Advanced understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle), and product development best practices, with ability to coach product & technology teams through ambiguity and rapid change
Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching, with a focus on developing high-performing teams and future leaders
Experience applying design thinking to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making

Preferred

Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications
MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field
Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, or similar)
Experience leading transformation initiatives in financial services or payments industry
Recognized expertise in organizational change, with certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
Experience with digital product launches and innovation in a regulated environment
Successful track record of launching new products or services from concept to market (“0 to 1” experience)
