Responsibilities

Proactively contact existing, inactive, and prospective clients on a regular schedule to generate sales of company products and services
Sell strategically into key markets, identifying opportunities to expand market share
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales goals as set by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, and product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management

Required

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail

Preferred

B2B experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
