Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations function, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance goals
Develop and execute operational strategies, plans, and initiatives to support sustainable growth
Translate corporate objectives into scalable operational processes, systems, and performance frameworks
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost management
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution and collaboration
Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; implement effective solutions
Oversee operational budgets, resource planning, and capacity management
Build, lead, and develop high-performing operations teams, including leadership development and succession planning
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
5–8 years of progressive operations management experience, including leadership roles
Proven ability to lead complex operational functions and cross-functional teams
Strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, operational scaling, and change management
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Preferred
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is a strong plus
