Responsibilities
Supports the commercial services area with customer service, correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties
Assists with sales and service of products
Performs administrative activities to include support, documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, mail, etc
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Knowledge of bank operations, especially treasury management services
Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software
Skills in problem solving and decision-making
Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to create an organized and efficient work environment
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking
Must be able to read reports, see computer screen, visit customer sites
Must be able to communicate with Co-workers
Must be able to run errands for the bank, make large quantities of copies
Must be able to obtain files
Must be able to lift files daily
Must be able to use computer, write separate reports
Preferred
Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping
