Responsibilities
Oversee the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program
Ensure seamless coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Manage the maintenance program
Coordinate with other maintenance contractors in the facility
Develop projects for repairs or replacements in support of the O&M program
Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, sewage, stormwater systems, and fire protection
Coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Ensure all work is done according to contractual agreements, industry best practices, and strict security regulations
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
Proven experience managing O&M programs for large facilities (minimum 3+ years in the last 5 years)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising employees and subcontractors
Must be able to respond to emergencies on-site within one hour
Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
