Responsibilities
Post vehicle inventory in and out the accounting system and accurately scan / file documents
Records vehicle purchases, vehicle wholesales, and dealer trades
Learns and understands accounting entries
Pay off floorplan units daily as needed
Reconcile inventory against physical records, research and follow up on variances
Book in and out loaner fleet
Scan files and documents for multiple departments using a separate scanning tool
Work is in an office environment
Evenings and / or the occasional Saturday could be required during end of month processing
Qualification
Required
